Do you deliver outside Accra?
Not yet. Delivery is currently available within Greater Accra. Self‑pickup is available for customers outside our coverage.
What if I’m not home?
Our rider will call on arrival. If unreachable, we’ll wait up to 10 minutes, then contact you to re‑schedule (additional fee may apply).
Can I schedule a surprise delivery?
Absolutely! Enter the recipient’s name and phone at checkout, and we’ll coordinate discreetly.
How is the fee calculated?
You’ll see the fee after you type an address at checkout. We use Google Maps driving distance from our base: Base GH¢20 + GH¢5.10/km.
